Background Dr. Samuel Ademu Awuja is a senior lecturer with a PhD and an MEd in Curriculum & Instruction from Delta State University, Abraka respectively. He also has a BEd in Curriculum Studies, Educational Technology (Physical & Health Education) from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He had NCE (PHE) and Diploma in Computer Science from Federal College of Education, Okene and College of Education, Agbor respectively. His research interests include curriculum development & instructional strategies, teacher education & power of clinical practicum in microteaching for improving teacher effectiveness. He has conducted extensive researches on effective instructional strategies including Impact of Bridging Kinesthetics & Expository Methods on Students' Personal cleanliness during COVID-19, Bridging Educational gap between Lecturers & Students during coronavirus period via online Instructional Technology, Exploring Students Factors in online teaching during COVID-19, Health Education Instructional resources Improvisation, Post COVID-19 Pandemic Recovery School Health Education Responsive Curriculum Implementation, Structured Classroom Management, Blended Teaching of Human Health Habit and many others. Dr. Awuja teaches courses in curriculum & instruction, human kinetics & health education as well as educational technology. He mentors students conducting researches in his areas of expertise. Dr. Awuja has published numerous articles in top education journals, as well as several books. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Curriculum Organization of Nigeria, Association for Digital Education Communications Technology, National Association For Research Development of Knowledge, National Association of Research Development. Dr. Awuja has received several awards for his research and teaching, which include award of excellence.
