Background Dr. (Mrs.) Okokoyo Isabella Ezinwa hails from Alihame, Agbor in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. She obtained her first school leaving certificate in 1979, West Africa School Certificate (1984), N.C.E (1988), B.Ed chemistry (1990) M.Ed, Educational Management and Planning (1999), Diploma in Computer Science (2004), and Ph.D in Educational Administration (2012). She was the best graduating student in education and biology in 1988 at the N.C.E level. She was employed in the defunct college of education Agbor in January 1993. She held several administrative positions, amongst which are, Head of Department, Director and Dean of School of Education, College of Education Agbor. She has several International and local academic publication to her credit. She is a senior lecturer with the department of science education and currently the Ag. Director, Centre for General Studies, University of Delta, Agbor. She is happily married with children. Hobbies: Reading, research and watching movies
