Background Dr. Mrs. Nwaham Caroline Obioma was born at Umunede in Delta State, where she had her primary education, she then proceeded to Ekuku-Agbor Grammar School, Ekuku-Agbor for her secondary education from 1975 -1980. She obtained her Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) from College of Education, Agbor, in 1983. In the quest for further education, she went to University of Port-Harcourt, where she obtained her Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) and Master in Education (M.Ed) from 1987 – 1998. She subsequently proceeded to Delta State University, Abraka where she obtained the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Educational Administration in 2004. Realizing the importance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), she obtained certificate in Computer Appreciation. Dr. Mrs. C. O. Nwaham has initially taught in the secondary schools namely: Owa Secondary School, Owa-Oyibu, Mary-Mount College, Owa and Ika Grammar School Owa, all in Delta State. She was a Chief Lecturer in the Defunct College of Education, Agbor, Department of Educational Foundations. Currently, a senior lecturer in the faculty of Education, department of Educational Foundations, University of Delta, Agbor.
